South Pointe offers designated parking spaces for units, available in either the surface area or the underground parkade. Each unit is sold with a minimum of one (1) parking stall, with the option of either surface or underground parking. It’s important to note that all underground parking stalls are individually owned by the unit, whereas surface stalls are considered common property. The latter is owned by the corporation, with exclusive use rights allocated to specific units.
Our condominium complex features two underground parking areas. The first parkade is exclusively allocated to residents of the 1000 building, while the second parkade is designated for residents of buildings 2000 and 3000.
In addition to assigned stalls, South Pointe provides surface area parking with assigned spaces, complemented by a designated visitor parking area for the convenience of all residents.
