    Yes you can submit your application directly via the website but confirmation will be sent to both the landlord and the tenant listed on the application.

  • How can I get my FOB replaced?
    Contact southpointe@shaw.ca and the Site Manager will make arrangements to replace. Note that there is a cost for replacement.
  • How can I get a key for the gates?
    Contact southpointe@shaw.ca and the Site Manager will make arrangements to provide. Note there is a cost to replace lost keys.
  • Can I do an intercom change without my landlord signing?

  • Can I get a copy of the current Bylaws?
    Yes, contact GoSmart at info@gosmartmanagers.com. Note there is a charge to obtain.
  • Is there a Site person I can speak with?
    Office Hours are listed in the lobby of each building. Typically there are weekly hours for direct access to the Board.
  • Is there an office onsite?
    The office is located in the 3000 building. There are limited site hours.
  • Can I drop off payments for my account?
    You can drop off payment via cheque to GoSmart directly or by placing the payment in the suggestion box located in the front lobby of your building.
