If your emergency is after hours, contact us at 403-262-7955 to be re-directed to our After-Hours Emergency Service. One of our managers is on duty 24/7, 365 days a year to deal with emergency calls.
Non-emergency calls to the After-Hours Emergency Service will be subject to an administrative fee of $35 applied to your unit.
· Fire – call 9-1-1 immediately
What is an Emergency and what action to take?
· No water – call City Waterworks at 3-1-1 before calling GoSmart
· No Electricity in unit – call ENMAX Trouble Response at 403-514-6100
· Gas odors(If you suspect a gas leak or other gas emergency, leave the building immediately and contact ATCO Gas Emergency Service at 800-511-3447)
Additionally, call GoSmart directly at 403-262-7955 for any of the below for emergency items like below:
· Flooding
· Water leaks (pipes, roof, etc.)
· Sewage back up
· No heat
· No water
· Elevator out of order
· Security issue (e.g. parkade door stuck open, door or lock broken, etc.)
What is NOT consider and Emergency?
Some non-emergency examples:
· Broken appliance – not a Corporation issue
· Lost keys
· Moving in or out
· Minor repairs required by the Corporation
· Vehicle ticketed or towed (call bylaw enforcement at 3-1-1)
· Noise complaint (call bylaw enforcement at 3-1-1)
· Garbage not picked up
· Pet registration
· Bike registration
We do appreciate that the above items are important to you and we are happy to help with these non-emergency situations, but kindly ensure your contact is inside normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Our standard is to return all communications within 24 hours.
