About the AGM
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Condominium Corporation No. 031 3166 is held once a year and is an important opportunity for all unit owners to participate in the governance of the community. The AGM is where the board presents the annual financial report, discusses upcoming projects, and where board members are elected.
All unit owners are encouraged to attend.
What to Expect
- Review and approval of the annual budget
- Financial report and reserve fund update
- Election of board members
- Updates on building maintenance and capital projects
- During the open business portion of the meeting, the Board President will address questions brought forward by owners in writing prior to the meeting
- Voting on any special resolutions
Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you may designate a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are distributed with the AGM notice package. Contact Go Smart Property Management for details on submitting a proxy.
Meeting Minutes
Minutes from previous AGMs are available to unit owners upon request through Go Smart Property Management.
Who Can Attend?
All registered unit owners of Condominium Corporation No. 031 3166 are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
