Our Volunteer Programme offers residents the opportunity to play an active role in maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of our shared spaces. Whether you have a few hours a month or enjoy a regular commitment, there's a way for you to contribute.

Community Appearance & Grounds
Help keep our community looking its best. These roles focus on the visual appeal and upkeep of our shared outdoor and common areas.
Gardening & Planters
Help keep our entrances welcoming by planting and maintaining the flower beds and pots at building entrances. Perfect for those with a green thumb who enjoy working outdoors in the warmer months.
Touch-Up Painting
Assist with minor paint touch-ups in common area hallways and stairwells. A steady hand and an eye for detail are all you need to help keep our buildings looking their best.
Pet Waste Bag Stocking
Keep our outdoor spaces clean and pleasant by monitoring and refilling the pet waste bag dispensers around the property.
Public Area Sign Distribution
Ensure residents stay informed by placing notices, newsletters, and updates in the sign holders located in lobbies, elevators, and vestibules.
Safety & Monitoring
Keep our community safe and well-managed. These roles help protect our shared spaces and ensure fair use of community resources.
Move-In/Move-Out Monitor
Oversee scheduled moves to ensure elevator pads are installed, the elevator is properly controlled, and common areas are inspected for damage before and after each move. This important role helps protect our shared spaces, elevators, and the security of our buildings.
Visitor Parking Monitor
Help ensure fair access to visitor parking by assisting with monitoring the visitor lot for vehicles without valid passes or those exceeding the eight-day limit.
Snow & Ice Monitor
During winter months, help keep our walkways safe by monitoring snow removal and treating slippery patches with ice melt as needed.
Safety Warden
Conduct monthly visual inspections of fire extinguishers in your building and report any security concerns such as propped doors or broken latches. You may also assist during fire alarms by meeting the Fire Department in the lobby.
Building Upkeep
Help maintain the day-to-day tidiness and organisation of our indoor shared facilities.
Garbage Room Monitor
Help keep our garbage rooms tidy by checking that bin lids are closed, floors are clear, and reporting any illegal dumping of large items.
Bicycle Room Monitor
Assist with keeping bike storage areas clean and organised, including light tidying and helping identify abandoned bicycles or unpaid stalls during audits.
