About the Board

The Board of Directors for Condominium Corporation No. 031 3166 is comprised of volunteer resident owners who oversee the governance and management of the community. The board works closely with our property management company to ensure the smooth operation of all buildings and common areas.

Board meetings are closed sessions unless an individual is invited to observe by the Board.

Board Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the financial management of the corporation
  • Approving annual budgets and setting condo fees
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of common areas
  • Enforcing bylaws and community rules
  • Hiring and managing the property management company
  • Planning for long-term capital improvements
  • Representing the interests of all unit owners

The complete responsibilities of the Board and owners are contained in the Corporate Bylaws. If you are an owner or tenant, you should have a copy. Printed copies of the Bylaws are available at the site office and can be picked up during published hours.
